There is a free parking lot behind Comet. It fills up and after that you can find parking on the neighborhood streets.

Parking is not included, but here is the Waverly public hourly garage across from the hotel entrance. Location: Near the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Waverly Street.
Rate: $1.75 per hour.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Free on Sundays and county holidays).
