Deadline to get the $119/night rate is May 5. A few rooms are availble for the Thursday before for golfers as well as some rooms for Sunday night.

Parking is not included, but here is the Waverly public hourly garage across from the hotel entrance. Location: Near the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Waverly Street. 
Rate: $1.75 per hour. 
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Free on Sundays and county holidays).
